We are happy to welcome you to our facility on the Riviera di Ponente of Porto Cesareo. To make your stay a peaceful and unforgettable experience, we invite you to read these few simple rules, designed to guarantee the comfort of all our guests.
Your stay: opening hours and services
Check-in: We're available from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. If you plan to arrive earlier, we'll be happy to store your luggage until your room is ready. If your room is ready, we'll be happy to check it in immediately.
Check-out: Please vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. Please note that any late departures will result in an additional night's stay being charged.
Quiet: To respect everyone's relaxation, we ask you to maintain silence and peace between the hours of 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
Breakfast: Breakfast is served every morning from 8:00 to 10:00. If you have any food allergies or special dietary requirements, please let us know at least one day in advance.
Cleaning and linen
Your room will be delivered clean and sanitized.
Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping service begins at 10:00 a.m. To protect your privacy, we only perform housekeeping with your permission; if you stay in your room after this time, we cannot guarantee cleaning until the following day.
Linen Change: Sheets and towels are changed every two nights. If you would like an additional change of linens (sheets or towel sets), you can request it during your stay for an additional €10.
Important notes on accessibility
Our property has multiple floors and does not have an elevator. Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate guests with mobility issues. Please take this into account when booking.
House Rules
To ensure a pleasant holiday for everyone, we ask you to respect the following rules:
Mutual Respect: The serenity of our facility depends on the attention of each individual. We invite you to conduct yourself with courtesy and discretion, taking care to maintain a moderate tone of voice and respectful behavior in common and private spaces. Your contribution is invaluable in ensuring a harmonious and pleasant atmosphere for all guests.
Smoking ban: Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or in enclosed spaces. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Energy saving: We invite you to use the air conditioning consciously, always turning it off when you leave the room.
Use of the Kitchenette: Our kitchens are designed for quick and convenient meal preparation: they are perfect for preparing hot beverages (coffee, tea, herbal teas), reheating ready-made meals, or preparing quick snacks like sandwiches. We kindly ask that you refrain from prolonged cooking, sautéing, or frying, as the property is not equipped with a professional exhaust ventilation system. We thank you for your cooperation in leaving the stovetop and sink clean and tidy, exactly as you found them.
Towels: The towels provided are for exclusive use within the facility. We ask that you do not take them to the beach or outside.
Security: For everyone's safety, access to the facility is reserved exclusively for registered guests.
Reservations, Payments and Cancellations
To ensure transparency, here are our policies for direct bookings:
Payment: The balance of the stay must be paid entirely online.
Confirmation Deposit: At the time of booking we require a deposit that varies depending on the period:
July and August: 50% of the total.
Rest of the year: 30% of the total.
Last Minute Reservations (less than 7 days in advance): 100% of the total.
Cancellation:
July and August: You can cancel free of charge up to 25 days before arrival.
May, June and September: You can cancel free of charge up to 10 days before arrival.
Rest of the year: You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.
Note: In the event of cancellation after the indicated deadline, the deposit will be retained as a penalty. In the event of a no-show, a 100% penalty will be applied to any reservation.
Responsibility
Management is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal items. We strongly advise you not to leave valuables unattended in your room or common areas.
